What is Your Story?
Everyone has a story of where they have been and it can shape the story of where they will go. We all have the choice to use our story to propel us into empowerment and creation or simply become victims of our past stories and stagnate and suffer. I have realized that we create our own joy just by how we approach life and what we want out of it. Some of us feel like we have a bigger purpose. I now understand that our big purpose starts with digging deep down inside ourselves and finding what gives us joy. Once we have figured that out, we can then allow our bigger purpose to take over, if that is indeed what we want. Learning how to get in touch with our inner selves and unlocking our own code is key to our finding fulfillment in life. Our job here is to expand our consciousness and we can only do that by finding joy and living our lives with love. It’s not easy sometimes to walk away from the comfortable and familiar, so I am not saying this is an easy process. Sometimes that is the only way to create space for what we really want. It takes a lot of courage and resilience to take that walk. So ask yourself, are you coming with me to walk your path of expanding your life or are you choosing to stay where you are?
Qualifications and Background
I have been a CFO, Controller and Human Resources professional for many years. In my Corporate work, I was always an “out of the box” thinker and creator of new and different solutions to many kinds of challenges. I have an intuitive knack for balancing solutions between the mental analytical side with the human compassionate feeling side of a situation. I have deeply studied spirituality with some of the greatest master teachers and have embraced and trained in many healing modalities. I am also a yoga teacher and instructed yoga at a drug and alcohol treatment center for five years. I have learned so much about balance in my life and I want to share and help others achieve the same. I am a researcher and seeker and have dug far deep inside myself to find answers. I have virtually left no stone unturned. I can help you do the same.
I am a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A), Certified Empowerment Coach (C.E.C.) and a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT). I have additional certifications as a Y12SR: The Yoga of 12-Step Recovery Leadership Certification, and Chair Yoga and Yin Teacher Training Certification. I am a certified FLAG Health Coach and have trained with Dr. Mindy Pelz.

I am uniquely qualified to mentor and assist in guiding you on your journey. I have crafted my life around a variety of tools to help me grow and achieve vibrancy. I have tried many products and practitioners along the way. Many are very effective and many are not. Besides having a keen ability to discern what is authentic and what is not, I appreciate the fact that we are all unique individuals and certain things might work for me but not for you. How do we know what works? We explore together, though we start from a base of quality and from a base of only empowering and authentic resources. I will always recommend practitioners that I have personally worked with and products that I have used that have actually worked for me and others. I base my recommendations based solely on the quality of the product or practitioner and the integrity of the company. Some are are Affiliates and I might earn a small commission but I will always inform you of this upfront and I will never recommend anything for this reason. One conversation with me and you will know without a doubt that my integrity is unprecedented. My services include sharing with you what I have learned and includes my vast knowledge base. I help you put together a plan that makes sense for you and works for YOU and your lifestyle. It’s that simple.
